Pinnacle home exteriors website was very easy to read and navigate and offered a calendar for selecting a date and a time for Nate Ellis, the owner, to come out and talk with me about the work and repairs. He contacted me immediately with a confirmation, and was here right on time when scheduled. His crew was very professional, answered my questions thoroughly, and explained the work they were doing. Excellent service! They spent a great deal of time working with my insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be repaired after a hail storm was addressed. We had a recent hail storm a year after the initial repairs and Nate contacted me and came out to see if there was any new damage that needed fixing. Pinnacle Home Exteriors has been amazing throughout our experience with them. Nate and his team worked on our house to add soffit and fascia along with new gutters for our house. Nate strives to provide the best customer service communicating and visiting with us frequently throughout the process. John worked on installing soffit and fascia explaining his plan and showing how it would look.
