I am just disappointed with the lack of response, which shows a lack of professionalism. We had someone come to evaluate our house and they were friendly enough and informative. We never received a quote. After a few text messages they no longer responded and we even tried calling several times. We weren't even in a hurry to get the our exterior done and would have waited if we had gotten any response. Again we told them we wanted them to work on our house many times. I gave 2 stars because I know they do decent work and obviously there is a lot of positive reviews, but our experience was poor. I am not mad but again just disappointed. *** An update- In terms of my response from this owner, my mom did contact you many times and I did leave messages from my phone as well. I will send the text messages to the email you provided, but we have already used another provider.

Excellent service! They spent a great deal of time working with my insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be repaired after a hail storm was addressed. We had a recent hail storm a year after the initial repairs and Nate contacted me and came out to see if there was any new damage that needed fixing. He did find damage, but not enough to require any new work. That is honesty at it's best! Don't hesitate to call Pinnacle for any work you need. Services: Roof repair, Skylight installation

Nate and his team were highly responsive to our emergency needs. Before working on the roof, his team provided a thorough overview of the project allowing my family to continue living in the home without interruption. They protected our landscaping during removal which I thought was very considerate considering how much labor needed to be done. Those extra steps meant a lot to my wife.
