They worked hard to get my furnace finished and ready to go, working late on a Friday evening! Price was very reasonable, and the people were very friendly. Responded almost immediately to my inquiry and put it in a few days later without any wait! Amazing service! Service: Heating system installation
Albert and Christian both are very knowledgeable HVAC professionals. We had an amazing experience with them. They are very responsive, give good advise, they were on time & on budget and Technically very sound. Ill give them 3 stars as we do have functioning furnace/AC. Where I have an issue with them is after the initial work was completed. The system did not pass an inspection and I requested an itemized receipt for tax rebate purposes. They refuse to respond to email or text messages. They just kept emailing the bill until I paid. Never could get them to correct the billing or finish the system to pass a basic inspection. I am left to figure it out myself, Albert and Christian are MIA. Terrible customer service!
