Working with 1st Electric on a project and they are great to work with. You are all ignorant thinking that 1 employees actions represent a whole company. Hope that all of you 1 and 0 star reviewers out there have this happen to you and are showed the same lack of grace you're giving.
I believe this one employee, Larry Daves is not a reflection on the company. He was immediately terminated and the owners are shocked that this trusted employee breached their trust in such a disrespectful way. I am curious as to how anyone can blame the company for what an employee does on his own time, outside of work. 1st Electric is one of the most respected and honest companies. Instead of trusting an employee with a company vehicle maybe GPS tracking and dash cams are needed to keep people like Mr Daves honest!! To lie and leave the scene of an accident is despicable let alone that it was on a Saturday outside of work hours.
Employees are friendly and Insightful. Enjoyed learning experience while interacting with friends, family,peers and stranger's.
