Our inspector arrived promptly and got right to work. He was able to access the sewer line through the basement near where the kitchen pipes join the main stack. He got good coverage all the way out to the street and was able to shoot video throughout. The inspection report was up online the following morning even though it was a weekend. All in all, a good experience and competent service. I also like that the company doesn’t do repairs so they have no vested interest in producing anything other than an objective report.

Warren went way beyond what anyone could expect. Timely, considerate, honest and just a great person to work with. He let me "hover" over him as I was curious. Being a former builder I appreciated him taking the time to explain the possibilities as I primarily dealt with new construction previously. He marked the layout and provided insight to what he observed. I can't say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. And no I am not related to him :) just glad that I had the right person for the job. Oh and very fair pricing too! Update 4/19/17- I am adding an addition and need to replace the clay tile due to Denver requirements. Warren's assessment was spot on in regards to depth and location. An excellent tool to determine where the existing system was and where the tie in is located. Very helpful tool to have the video and location depths. I have benefited from this information twice now.
