We could not be more thrilled with our home inspection. Martin did such a thorough job. Every inch, nook and cranny was inspected. He took care of all the additional tests and we didn’t have to worry about any of it. You will not get better service anywhere else!

I like using Martin. Most recently in 2022 on a new build home, he actually noticed the roof shingles had a slight wrinkle in them, he thought something was unusual. I submitted the shingle material to the manufacturer and they confirmed that shingle batch was defective and Owens corning did a warranty replacement for entire roof on an already brand new roof.
