I read good reviews, so I called Jim Needham plumbing. So glad I did. ;) Ross arrived on time. He was courteous, and thoroughly reviewed the process and options. He did the job, and was conscious about cleaning everything up well, and testing thoroughly. I believe the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend this company.
Jim Needham Plumbing is my go-to plumbing service. They are courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, fairly priced, and customer-oriented. I am a customer who asks a lot of questions, and Tyson answered all of my questions expertly and with patience on top of a thorough job. I would highly recommend their professional and dependable service to anyone.
Great service and the technicians were extremely friendly and informative. They diagnosed two issues with our sump pump and immediately replaced it with a new pump. We will definitely use Jim Needham plumbing again!
