I highly recommend Jim Needham plumbing. The technician was pleasant, explained everything he was going to do and quoted prices for my options. He was efficient and thorough and checked all the lines before he left. I called them on Saturday and they were here at the time promised on Monday morning..
Jim Needham Plumbing is my go-to plumbing service. They are courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, fairly priced, and customer-oriented. I am a customer who asks a lot of questions, and Tyson answered all of my questions expertly and with patience on top of a thorough job. I would highly recommend their professional and dependable service to anyone.
Marie was our plumbing technician. She was AMAZING! Extremely professional, knew exactly what the issue was within 5 minutes and it was fixed within an hour. She went above and beyond in fixing the issue and making sure everything was to our standard. I would only go with her moving forward.
