I own several rentals in Estes Park and have used many plumbers over the past 20 years. Recently I had an emergency and could not get in touch with one of my usual plumbers. I called a friend and he recommended Ace Hi. And I am so thankful he did! Rick and Shawn are incredible! They have helped me in a pinch on two occasions now. I’ve used Ace Hi for a few years, sink issues. Recent drain clog became a major repair of rotted pipes under my basement, and 5 drains -all needing replacement. Ace Hi scheduled repair over 3 days, ahead of a big freeze and Christmas-on time, cement work coordinated, managed by Nick on site each day-protected furnace and hot water heater, furniture ,walls, etc from dust, amazing work, hustle and incredible value. We recently had a flood in our basement and we were lucky enough to work with Rick and the Ace Hi team. Rick demonstrated remarkable efficiency in addressing the problem. He wasted no time in assessing the situation and devising an effective plan of action. His prompt response alleviated much of the stress we were experiencing due to the flooding.
