Justin was great - very personable and professional. However, all he did was tighten a plastic nut on the toilet (maybe 1/2 turn) and charged $339. I think this should have been covered by the $79 visit/diagnostic fee. He did take some time to recommend I change my water shutoff valves to quarter turn type at estimate of $3025! I have used JT before but will be looking for a more reasonable plumber for my future needs. Service: Toilet repair
