When we were looking at plumbers to help replace our water heater many of them mentioned how pricey JT was, and while they were expensive, we felt that it turned out to be worth it. Our technician Michael was professional, very nice and accommodating, and got the job done well! We've called on JT Plumbing several times over the past number of years, after a bad experience with one of the larger and better-known companies. We've had service calls where we thought we needed major work and were told an easy, inexpensive fix would do. As a result, when the assessment has called for more extensive intervention, we trust that's what's needed. Options are clearly presented, with their plusses and minuses. Clean-up at the end has been very good; all three technicians, with Trey in the lead on the actual work, were terrific. Top of our list of folks to call.
