Matt and Alec are amazing people and Rock Solid Plumbing is the go to company to use if you need any of their services. I called Alec to have him help us out with having a hot water installed and he let me know he was on vacation and he would have his best guy Matt give me a call shortly to get the details and get it taken care of! Yes you read that correctly that the owner of the company answered my call on vacation! But wait it gets better!!! Matt called me within 5 minutes and I explained the situation to him. I work at an automotive repair shop in Fort Collins and one of our employees family was in need of having a hot water heater replaced and the company was so kind as to pay to have the hot water heater installed for the employees family in his time of need. Matt took it from there and was able to get out the very next day and not only look at the issue but got it removed, a new one installed and working in the same day! While going through a difficult time the hot water heater in my parents home went out. Rock Solid was contacted and quickly came out and assessed what was needed. Mike and Colton were able to quickly install the new water heater that day. They served us with professionalism and care in our family’s time of need.
