Swan delivered an excellent result and an outstanding experience in replacing and upgrading our furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, hot water heater, and thermostat. The office contact was professional and responsive. Micah was very helpful in explaining all our options and tradeoffs, and providing a clear and fair quote, with timely responses. Zachary and Pete did high quality installation work throughout, while being consistently courteous, professional, and respectful, patiently answering all our questions. I called yesterday when I noticed my AC was not working. The woman I spoke to was so kind and listened very well. She booked me an appointment immediately for the next day. Sean showed up and even helped me carry some heavy items up the stairs! Then he stayed until the job was finished and the AC was back on, which meant driving around town and traipsing across the roof. He was so kind and honest, and really knew his stuff.
