We have used Cris multiple times: new breaker box for spa; new lighting circuits in several bathrooms; new outlets; 240V box for e-car; hanging new light fixtures; installing multiple overhead fans and some other jobs. I contacted Niwot Electric to install new electric service for AC install at a rental property. Chris responded promptly, and was at the property the next morning to assess the needs and provide a quote. While he was doing the work, Chris identified a couple of safety issues that were in need of attention, and took care of those as well. The quality of the work was great, the timeliness and follow up were very professional, and the price was certainly fair.
Very happy with the work Cris did for us. He installed a ceiling fan where none had been before, installed a Nest smoke detector and put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Very reliable, reasonable pricing, and personable to boot! Now that we have found someone we feel comfortable working with, I'm coming up with a new list of projects. Thanks, Cris!
