This company overcharges for everything. I called them for a gas leak and they pre-charged me $70 for a service fee. When they arrived they were unable to diagnose the problem without charging me another $885 to simply pull My oven out and tighten the connections. I smell scam!

I called in about a week ago about a water heater problem and let me say, when that phone was picked up - whoever was on the other side; either Iris or Ashley, was so kind and understanding. I have no idea what I’m talking about when it comes to any of these things, so they took their time to ask me questions to see what was wrong to understand the problem. I called in about 9:56am and they had me scheduled for around 2-4pm since it was the earliest someone could get out to me, and within an hour and a half they asked if one of their technicians could come out sooner since he finished early! I was ecstatic to be helped with so quickly, thank god they were able to help me. Jose came out within 25 minutes of that call and was so thoughtful and easy-going. He was able to identify the problem within 15 minutes and fixed it in about 30! Barely at my house for an hour, he was so quick to problem solve. I would give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Service was prompt and excellent. I needed a large repair and they immediately offered a wide range of financing options. Very communicative throughout the process and offered resourceful solutions to tricky issues with my property. Very highly recommended. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
