Julio came out and was here a few minutes before and highly professional. Thorough, detail oriented and explained what was happening with our system. He was very patient. I can’t say enough positive things about the Unique Heating and Air team. We’ve had experience with 4 different people from the team, across two different engagements. All of them are so nice, so well spoken, so accommodating - you can tell that the culture comes from the top. This last time, our a/c went out during the busiest season. We needed it fixed asap because our dog is dying of cancer and the pain meds make her hot. The guys jumped on it because they are dog lovers and got the system replaced the next day. So professional and great to work with. Use these guys if you need HVAC help.

We had an issue with our furnace and the CSR who answered the phone initially, was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was able to schedule us for next day service which was awesome. We had a window for our service call and the service technician, Julio, showed up on time. Julio was great. He was very professional and helpful. He took the time to sit down with us and show us before and after pictures of the service he provided as well as answer all of our questions. We asked him for business cards and we will not hesitate to recommend Unique Heating and Air as well as pass the cards on to our neighbors when they need HVAC service in the future.
