Jason was fantastic. He did a variety of repairs required by the inspection while selling my home. He was efficient, communicated great, and approached each item in a practical manner - plus he squeezed me into schedule so I could meet the necessary dates!

Ghosted me after services when I had a leak. Thought something was wrong with him so gave him two week's grace and noticed my check was cashed. Never responded to my calls or texts. Never even received an invoice from him. Service: Water heater repair

We had a great experience with Pure Service Plumbing! We had an issue with one of our sinks/garbage disposals causing a backup and Pure Service Plumbing (specifically Jason) was super responsive, helpful and provided excellent service. I called at 5pm on a Wednesday evening and they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning and walked us through what water was okay to use versus not use in the next few hours before they could get someone out to us. They showed up on time, gave us upfront information about pricing and did a great job fixing our issue.
