Summit Heating & A/C

In Oct. 2021, we purchased a 40 year old home from the original owners. While it looked like they took immaculate care of the A/C system, when we fired it up in May, it seemed like we weren’t getting adequate cooling. We called Summit to help and they sent Shane Sperry, who couldn’t have been more helpful. As new Coloradans, we had MANY questions about heating and cooling in general and more questions about our aging system. Shane took his time and gave his full attention as he answered each and every one. He reviewed the system in detail and provided several options for us to consider on how to maximize our setup. We were so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. He cleaned out our system and ran several tests to ensure it was functioning properly. He even talked us through options for when we are ready to replace the system. Our heat stopped working out of no where. Summit was able to send a repairperson out the same day! Ruben T was absolutely amazing. He diagnosed the issue quickly, had the parts on hand and fixed the furnace in a few hours. He went above and beyond to show us the issue and answer all of questions. He even tried to see if some of the work could be covered under warranty. He was excellent and I've always had really positive experiences with Summit Heating & A/C. Since I'm writing this, I had a whole-home humidifier installed a year ago. The difference is phenomenal. It was worth every penny and I wish I would have done it sooner.
