Fixed a kitchen drain plumbing issue, but now wondering how much we overpaid for it. I think the service for a new drain that was overflowing was $1500… Recently asked them to come out and look at our leaky faucet, quoted us $600 to replace if we provided our own faucet and $850 if they provided the faucet. I was told it would take them 4-6 hours to replace it. This seemed a little outlandish and exaggerated to me so I Got all the materials for under $100 and replaced it myself in an hour. Needless to say, I think they are overcharging for their services and unfortunately won’t use them again. They made it seem like hiring them was the only option so I hope they aren’t manipulating or taking advantage of others like I feel like we have been taken advantage of.

Cody was great! He was so helpful and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He was very nice and took time to check out the things that I may have to address in the future as well as my initial concern. He was very transparent with all of the costs and made sure I understood everything before he even asked me to sign. I could tell by the way he spoke of the company, he was very proud to be a part of it. He wasn't pushy like a lot of people I've had to deal with in the past. I was very grateful for that! When I get to a point financially where I can do the recommended work I will definitely ask for Cody to do it! -Sherry Stewart

Had a relatively simple installation of a new faucet on our kitchen sink, a couple of other little items taken care of. Your technician, Nolan did a very professional job of installing the new faucet. Also educated my wife and I on several questions we had. Super nice man, knows his stuff. That’s why we asked for him by name on our second use of Needham services. Excellent representative of his company. Will certainly ask for Nolan again, when we need his help again.
