To the T is simply the best! They came out short notice during a busy season, Megan was great on scheduling and communicating! Nate made a great first impression but make the crazy situation light and also fixed the problem in great time! Thank you To the T, we will definitely call them again! Thanks again Nate and Megan, you have a great company!
Cam and Nate were very helpful and quick to diagnose the problem with my water heater. They were here within 3 hours of my initial call to get someone to come look, and within 10 minutes of arriving at my home they had the water heater fixed. They even took the time to explain what caused the problem. I am delighted with the level of service provided with To the T and will definitely use them again in the future.
Our AC was acting up we called got an appointment ASAP. Cam and Caleb were great, super friendly and efficient. Had the parts with them and fixed it same day. So thankful they were able to fix the problem with these high heat temps. Highly recommend
