Nathan did a great job! He came out the day after we called to get our water heater replaced. He explained the different options we had and then he immediately went out and got us a new tank on the same day. We had a slight concern and he came back the very next day and took care of it. He left everything nice and clean and we are impressed with his work. We are dedicated Service Experts customers and we recommend their service.

Luis and Nathan were very helpful today when we had a faucet burst in the kitchen and water go everywhere. They were prompt, good communicators and did a wonderful job with the fixes. They were able to answer any and all questions we had about possible future projects as well.

If I could give Doug and company more than 5 stars I would! Doug not only did a great job diagnosing my situation and offering recommendations, he also picked up on a natural gas leak I had. I had noticed a smell in the house but was unsure from what. He noticed it immediately, I got Xcel out asap and got the situation rectified. Thanks do much Doug for going above and beyond.
