Colton was wonderful! I know his schedule was packed, but he made me feel like fixing our AC was a priority to him. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in a way that I could understand (not having any background with AC), and his pricing was affordable. He was in an out in under an hour and our home was on its way back to a comfortable temperature. Colton even texted hours later to ensure everything had cooled off! Review of Total Mechanical Solutions We recently had a new HVAC system, water heater, and steam humidifier installed in our home by Total Mechanical Solutions and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. The owners of this company, Colten and Trevor Coons, are the most honest and competent HVAC people I have ever dealt with. They corrected numerous problems with our vent system that greatly improved temperature control in the second story of our home. When they gave us a date for install or tune ups they showed up right on that me as scheduled. The workmanship on the install is a work of art. No hype.
