Had Dustin come out to look at my furnace because it was only blowing cold air. Dustin is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show me and explain everything he was doing to make sure I understand. He made sure to check that my furnace was blowing the correct amount of heat and tested to make sure there was no carbon monoxide in the air. Very honest company with great techs and great prices. Dustin also provided me with quotes to install two whole house humidifiers and two air scrubbers on my lower and second level furnaces which were very reasonable prices from what I have been finding and I plan to use them for those installs as well.

They sent someone out to diagnose my furnace on the same day it was the coldest day in 30 years, my furnace died that night before. He was so nice and thorough. He couplet it running after he tried everything and worked it out that he got someone to install a new system the next morning. Manuel came out at 8am the next day and worked all day to get my new system running by himself. He worked all day and I had heat by that evening. They have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered and will use them for all my needs going forward. He installed a new A/C system as well and will return this spring to get it running, no charge. Thank you!
