Was promised 8am to 10am appointment. Came at 9am and finished at 10am. Was recommended to change Contact Switch, so it was done. Technicians coming into a house should wear Shoe Covers, especially after checking out compressor unit outside the house. Service: A/C system maintenance

The company responded quickly and professionally to every call. Receptionist called to keep me informed of arrival times. Everyone was extra courteous, very careful inside not to track dirt or upset the house at all. They immediately came out to check a problem I had afterward, and installed extra parts to remedy the problem at no charge ! They repeatedly asked if I was happy with the product and the install.. I don't recommend it. On 7.27.23, a tech came to diagnose a leaky condo AC. He turned out to be a one-trick pony: charge the system for $700 (2lbs of R410a) or replace an evaporator coil for $3,000. No leak search. No documented gage readings on the diagnostic report. Nothing. I paid $100 for this guesswork and decided not to deal with Aire Serv. I reached out to another company out of Wallingford, CT. I paid $40 to eliminate a possible leak and to charge the system. My AC is fixed now. By the way, their price was $300 to charge. The total was $570.
