CBS Contractors Heating & Cooling

I used CBS Contractors to install two new gas furnaces when I converted from oil to gas. Everyone involved in the process was great. It started with Angelo coming to the property and assessing the situation. He has years of experience, and from the minute I met him I had total confidence in his abilities and recommendations. Then AJ and his team did the install. They did a great job and kept me informed of the process throughout. Recently, EVERSOURCE was at the property on an unrelated matter and even the technician commented on what a good job CBS did with the install. So not only do I recommend the company, but EVERSOURCE gave them very high marks also! Finally, Nick was responsible for the billing and some of the communications, and he was terrific! This company is nothing, but short of spectacular!! Had an issue with my heat and we all know with winter on it’s way the cold can be Brutal. I had issues with other companies in the past, but this company was very prompt with their services. I spoke with a nice gentleman named Angelo and he spent time with me on the phone answering any questions or concerns I may have about the job and informed me what May be causing the problem. The company response time was quick and very efficient. He went over the issue with me and was able to fix the problem.
