Tech arrived on time and had to order a board. Showed me error with system and has part arriving tomorrow for installation!
Customer service is among the worse I have ever encountered! She claimed I was being rude because I did not agree with her and then hung up on me when I asked to have the owner call asap. They wanted me to pay a second time within a month for freon after the service tech said my unit was fixed during the first service call and it subsequently leaked out again! Obviously they did not fix the ac unit but they did not want to take responsibility. Stay away!!
I called for routine AC maintenance. Carl was on time and extremely professional. He took the time to explain things to me and he was honest. He could have replaced parts and said they were not working but he did not. I would recommend this company based on my experience and I will certainly call them again. Service: A/C system maintenance
