I was out-of-state coordinating a new ductless air conditioning system in my Dad's 1976-construction home. He is a senior with dementia and the Energy Unlimited team treated him with such respect and accommodation for his disability that it was a truly worry-free experience. They coordinated with me via email and phone on all of the system details, the contract, the deposit, final payment, and follow-up. It was an unexpected and amazing experience how they went above and beyond to make my Dad and me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Stop looking, you have found the best heating & cooling company in the Manchester, CT area. We suffered an emergency situation at midnight with our furnace hemorrhaging water. Mark, the owner, called us first thing in the morning, unfortunately i was still sound asleep from cleaning up water late into the night. Mark could have left one message and played phone tag with me all day. HOWEVER, what makes Mark and Energy Limited stand out, is he was determined to get in touch with me that morning and come out to see what work needed to be done to get my furnace functioning. Mark came out that morning and was able to get us up and running. We agreed the time to replace our oil furnace and hot water tank had come. In one day a team of professionals converged on our house and installed a chimney vent, removed my entire system and installed the Buderus boiler and hot water tank. The finished product was worthy of a brochure picture. The job site was pristine. I highly recommend Energy Unlimite
