Joe and his team did a great job on fixing our attic fan. We unfortunately needed a new one after the old fan basically blew off during a wind storm leaving an opening in the roof. Joe quickly came out tapped up the opening from the old fan and secured a water resistant barrier till he could schedule a time to install the new one. We are great-full that he did that for us so we would not get water in the attic and further damages. Joe came and fixed the fan the following week and did an excellent job. Joe and his team came out to inspect our home when I notice some cracking in our trim and seal. To our surprise when our home was purchased the flippers did not cover the exposed wood or caulk the seal. Luckily there was no water damage.
