We had a leaky pipe last night, 6/16 and after seeing the reviews for JAYKOM Plumbing, I called them today, 6/17. They came within an hour and fixed the problem immediately and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing. I am a very happy customer and agree with the previous reviews.
Just had a great experience with JAYKOM! They were right on time and provided excellent service. They explained everything and were great to talk to. Reasonable prices. JAYKOM will be our “go to” company from now on.
I bought a water heater from Home Depot and I contacted Jaykom, they came and did the install. At first there appeared to be a problem but after calling them back the owner himself came by and worked on the issue. He was able to address the problem. After about a week the water heater was not working as it should’ve and again I notified Jaykom and the owner again came by and he found that the issue was with the heater itself. I should’ve bought a heater from them instead of Home Depot. A part for the water heater was ordered and Jaykom will return to install it. I recommend this plumbing contractor to anyone who needs one. Services: Water heater installation, Drain cleaning
