Tom was great! He was very responsive, tried and succeeded in helping to limit my costs, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He followed up as promised in a timely manner. I worked with Tom recently for renovating my bathroom (tub, toilet). Excellent quality of work, easy to schedule with, explains things in layman’s terms, and easy to work with. One of the best contractors I’ve worked with over the years.
We recently moved to a new home and had issues with our hot water, so we called Tom and he came out later that same day to look. He was quick to respond, communicated his expected timing, and was overall great to deal with. We will absolutely be calling Tom the next time the need arises! Service: Water heater repair
