Carmine’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I’m the customer service manager of a multinational company, so I can say from experience that Tyler and his partner were the definition of amazing. They arrived on time, were friendly, and left my house clean. After the install for my new central air unit was completed, they took the time to thoroughly explain everything that they did. They also gave me some pointers on how to keep everything running efficiently. Tyler even took the time to help close all of the windows in my house since I had to run downstairs to jump on a zoom call. I can’t stress enough how thoroughly happy I am with the entire experience of working with Carmine’s.

I am a first time customer of Carmines. Our water heater tank needed to be replaced due to .a leak. Tim was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his work. My only disappointment with Carmines is that no one from their office contacted me to inform me that the original 2 hour time window that was scheduled for the techs to come out, had been pushed out another 2 hours. I had to call Carmines to ask why there techs had not arrived yet. I spoke with May who was very nice and expressed my disappointment. She immediately apologized and understood that i was upset. May then called the tech to assure that they would be arriving within the 2nd window on time, which they did. Other then that my Husband and I were very pleased with the install of our new water heater.

Jared was very nice and he did a great job! He explained what he was doing and how much it was costing me to fix my central air! Definitely Recommend carmines to anyone who has an issue! He was in and out of here in no time and I was happy to have my house cooled once again! Kevin was also very friendly and answered my questions about changing to a heat pump for our home! Thanks to you both!
