Tom installed two faucets in my house a couple of months ago. Tom is a true professional. He is quite knowledgeable and experienced in his area. I was first trying to decide if I wanted to repair or replace the faucets. He gave me the correct advice that the parts are discontinued so we should just replace the faucets. After he replaced the faucets, one of them had a slight leakage problem but he returned back the very next morning and fixed the issue and explained why the issue had happened. While he was at my house, he pointed to some other plumbing/water issues and provided his opinion on the matter. I had called him one more time for a different problem and he gave me correct advice over the phone. He comes across as very friendly and I would recommend him any day. Service: Faucet installation
Thomas is super professional and reliable. He solved a problem with my water heater that was plaguing my family for a week. I called him last minute, and he was realistic about what he could do. Nevertheless, I made an appointment. True to his word, he showed up on time. After fixing the problem, he made sure that the water heater was working properly again before leaving. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. I'd recommend him since he's responsive and works with you to fix the issue. Service: Water heater repair
