We replaced our outdoor AC compressor about two years ago, and after contacting several companies, New England Air Systems (NEAS Heating and Air Conditioning) in Danbury was the most affordable and quickest to respond. Carlos came out right away and did the job efficiently and professionally. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. What really sets this company apart is their reliability—whenever there’s an issue, Carlos is always available and quick to help.

Called this company a few years back when our A/C went down. they put in a new system, which seem to be ok for a bit. But was end of season.... Then it started.... we had issues, with coolant... (maybe) and the next time we had issues with a coil.... the customer service was medium on these go arounds - and maybe going down hill. The last and final issue was unit seized up.. They tried several things to no avail, and then told us sorry we have no idea and can't help you... Asked around about this company as was trying to use a local business, and hear they have a very bad rap. Sorry I wasted time and $...

I am so impressed with Carlos and the NEAS team—honest, reliable, fair and experienced. The only company to address what was really needed to replace our central A/C without unnecessary add-ons. So many of the other Hvac companies we met with never even bothered to follow up with a written estimate ( I won’t mention the companies that couldn’t even show up to give an estimate)! Carlos detailed every step of the project, did the install at the promised time and went over all the equipment with us. 100% recommend NEAS.
