Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experience from any company. We told them we didn’t have any hot water from the ‘new’ water heater that he installed a year ago. You would think it’s an emergency and you would come and fix the problem that you created. Instead he gives me a time on a Saturday and wasted my whole day. Then we set up a time for Monday and he wasted my day again. Now I have another guy that’s going to install a new water heater correctly the first time and it should last at least 6 to 10 years. I’ve been using Plumtrees Plumbing and Heating for years now. I once had no water before a party I was set to host that evening. They came out immediately and fixed the problem with my well pump quickly. They’ve been back to my house many times since to fix the toilet, clogged sink and water heater. I have always been pleased with their service and recommend them to my friends.
