I had an issue with a newly installed toilet that was leaking. I called them, and they came promptly. Their team fixed the issue and left the place cleaner than it was to start. This is Sarah's husband, Stan. I am a practicing architect and also a licensed CT building official. I met Just In Time years ago on a large housing job. I'll just say these are the only plumbers who are welcome to work on my house. They are always on time, their work is top notch, their clean up will leave you wondering if you even had people working in your house, and their prices are fair. We have well water and it causes problems with the pipes & fixtures. Years ago they replaced all the supply and waste lines in our house. Today we had a plumbing emergency where we could not turn off the shower. I had to shut the main. When I called Vin & Justin, they were at my house and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Don't think twice if you are thinking of hiring these guys!

Vinnie was super responsive, and was able to come out the same day for diagnostic purposes, and then complete the work the next day. He went above and beyond as far as working around my availability. And he was very reasonably priced. I will definitely use him for future projects.
