The Plummer I was sent from Mr. Handyman is named Isaiah. He was polite, respectful of my property and did an excellent analysis of the job that needed to be completed. Mr. Handyman was hired to repair our porch. The quote was in the range of others and they said it would be done in one day so we agreed to have them do the job. Day 1 was the day before Thanksgiving and the worker comes to the house to start the work. He started to pull the porch apart, but it was “more difficult than expected” so he’d have to come back after Thanksgiving – guests will have to enter through the backdoor. We also paid what was owed for the days’ work. They come back for Day 2 the following Wednesday, after we called them to find out when they were returning. They finish deconstructing the porch, do a little bit of rebuild to the sub-structure, but again don’t finish. They also say it’s going to cost more than the original estimate and so I asked for an itemized receipt because I provided them with all surface materials and wanted to see what they were charging us for – I never received that itemized receipt. I instead get a receipt that has totals (not itemized) for lab
