Highly recommend A-1 Plumbing and heating. I called Sean for an after hours call for a drain pipe issue. Sean came out to my house within 45 minutes and immediately started on the job. Sean resolved the issue within a few hours and gave his recommendations on some other plumbing concerns he observed. I will definitely be calling Sean back in the future for any other fixings! Service: Sewer repair
I set up an appointment for 12-27 at 9am. I got a call at 8:55am asking if we could reschedule. We rescheduled for 12-30 at 9am. On 12-30 at about 9:20am I called for an ETA. He said he was running about 30 minutes late. At about 10:30 I tried calling back to get an ETA, but no one answered and the mailbox was full. I continued to wait until 1pm, calling periodically. The mailbox remained full, no one showed up, no one called me. This is a rental property and I do not live there. The tenant had to work on 12-30, so I took the day off of work and drove an hour for this appointment. What a waste of my time. I do not recommend this company.
