Very happy with the new sub panel and car charging port. He listened to what I wanted and gave me good options. His work is clean, passed inspection the first time, and will use him again.

Paul and Patrick spent about 7 days upgrading our electrical services and adding dedicated circuits and new light fixtures in our home. They did a fantastic job for a good price, and were a pleasure to work with (and so is Lisa!) and to have around. They did a lot of work in a minimally invasive way - I was expecting a lot more holes in my walls! - and were patient and accommodating when we kept adding things to the to-do list. We had a problem with lights flickering and intermittent outages on our first floor. We called at 9:00 pm and left a message which Paul responded to within 10 minutes. He suggested we first contact Eversource, which we did, and they immediately came to our house where they discovered an issue in the outside electrical box. Eversource shut off our power because of the danger. Paul's crew was at our house first thing the following morning and we were up and running in a couple of hours. We are grateful for Paul's good advice to call Eversource And for the speedy and efficient repair his crew provided. This is our first time using Cicchetti Electrical and we will be happy to use them for any future electrical needs.
