I have nothing but high praise for Paul and his team! They arrived right on time and completed our service upgrade in one day, as promised. The panel in the basement looks good and the new meter and hardware on the outside of the house also looks good. Lisa, the office manager, is consistently responsive to my questions and prompt in her communications to send proposals and invoices. Paul helped us when we had a partial power outage in our home on the weekend. He was very professional and ended up saving us several hundred dollars by working with Eversource directly, despite taking the time out of his weekend to help. Our power was back that day. I hired Paul and his team to install a flood light with a ring camera, install an exterior light and replace an outlet. I was told they would arrive between noon and 12:30. They pulled in at 12:03.
