I have been using A-1 Greenwich Plumbing for many years. Since I own a business on Greenwich Avenue, it is very important to me that my heating system and plumbing fixtures are running properly. Neil does a great job and is very reliable; he replies to every call and text in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend A-1 Plumbing!

Absolute nightmare experience. I hired Neil to clear a clogged toilet in our guest room. It took him 4 hours and he charged me $700 which is crazy expensive for the task. the following week the toilet backup up again and the seal he placed on the toilet didn't hold so water to leak through the drywall causing significant damage to my living room below. When I called Neil to resolve, he didn't take responsibility saying this has never happened in his career. he's been completely unresponsive despite my frequent inquires. I had to spend even more money to fix the work he did. will likely take him to small claims court resolve. Complete headache. Hire at your own risk.
