Ben and his crew installed a new single head heat pump minisplit for us. It is currently handling all of our heating and cooling needs. Quote process was seamless and Ben had some good ideas for us like switching from a wall mounted unit to a floor mounted one. Install day was a breeze and it only took a few hours. Ben, his brother and nephew just completed an oil furnace change out and installation of a heat pump for me and I'm very pleased with the results. From providing detailed options on replacing ancient oil furnace and central air unit to job completion Ben went above and beyond. He was patient and detailed when explaining all things HVAC, especially regarding options that would meet my needs. I went with the Bosch IDS Heat Pump and Regal Oil Furnace. Installation took a day a half. Ben and crew arrived on time and we're thorough, detailed, and efficient. They even installed and programmed a new thermostat and took the time afterwards to walk me through the new equipment and provided guidance for filters and recommend maintenance.
