I highly recommend Pedro and the 3C team! So knowledgeable on a variety of different systems, these guys do quality work every time. Also, just good honest guys! They’ll tell you what your options are and won’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. I asked to have an outlet installed and I was informed he would follow up on a specific day but never followed up. I reached out again having difficulty finding an electrician to do a small job outlet and he finally showed up to look at the project and said he would come the next day but again he was unable to make the schedule time. He followed up toindicate he will come the next day and I said to come at anytime but by that time I had another electrician to complete my small job that 3C didn't care to do on timely manner. He finally shows up the next day and no contracts were signed and threatens to send a bill of $125 for no service performed. Additionally, he threatened me about putting a lean on my house. Not professional and not dependable for small jobs.

This business is not professional. Perhaps if you are of the same culture the Contactor might take you seriously. This man does not return phone calls and at one time he caught an attitude with me before realizing I’m a customer. What a waste of time chasing a contractor who continued to dismiss me when I asked for a written quote on a house I’m expected to close on early next month. Not only that, I sent him the full inspection report so he’d have an idea of what to quote me. Every time I called Carlos he genuinely had no idea what I was talking about regarding my quote, and I can only interrupt his professionalism as “he never cared to help me from the beginning. He lied and said he would send me numbers to other contractors. I never received anything. All together the service was TRASH. Makes me not even want to move to hartford ct next month if the people have this type of attitude towards business and professionalism. If you are serious about getting work done, I WOULDN'T WAST
