Joseph Abbate plumbing has come out a couple times in heating emergencies -- the water heater needed to be replaced and leaked in the basement and we had no heat in the winter and a part in the boiler needed to be replaced. Both times they came out within hours of being called and fixed the issue promptly and at a fair price.
Amazing customer service and quick service. So grateful that the owner takes time to talk to his customers. Great experience from start to finish. (New furnace....)
Wonderful experience. I had to have my whole boiler replaced and they were able to get to it within the week. They came up with a very good quote compared to other companies around Hartford. Dealing with Joe was very straight forward, no nonsense which was refreshing. I didn't get the thermostats I wanted. I wish I had been given some programmable thermostat options.
