They were employed by us to put up a new garage door. They were on time, went above and beyond with the installation, and did a wonderful job of testing the door after installation. This business is well run. I'd use them once more.
My two-car garage door failed to open using the remote or the unit inside the garage. This place sent out a service technician who was both knowledgeable and professional. They explained that the handyman who installed my opener did not have the brackets properly aligned and in the proper position. Because I have a single and double garage door, both the red lights should have been on the outside of the garage door, with the green lights in the center. They oiled the springs, rails, and brackets as a courtesy. Sure enough, it worked, and their service was reasonably priced.
