I was scheduled to have annual maintenance on my boiler in early december. on the day of the appointment i called to confirm that they were still coming out and they informed me that the person scheduled to come to my house called out sick that day. that's fine as things like that happen. they told me that they would call me back by the next day to reschedule my appointment. a month later and they never called me back. i eventually decided to go with a different company as it appears that they forgot about me and didn't value me as a customer. I’ve been a first time home owner for the past year and took on working with Deitch since the previous owner used them for decades. These guys are fantastic and I’m super grateful for their service. The best customer service I’ve maybe ever seen from a business - I’ve never had an issue getting in touch with them when needed, even at odd hours. Quick to get someone to my house. Very honest and reliable people. Thank you Michael, Al and the whole team! You guys rock.

Quick service usually but customer service is severely lacking. I’ve been in customer service for 7 years and would never speak down to my customers like they do. The man was very nice and helped us get oil in here when me and my family first moved into the area. Every other time I have called a woman answered the phone and was highly condescending and spoke rudely to me and my family. They speak to us like we cant pay when i have paid in full in advance for every fill up. They constantly speak to us like we aren’t aware the an exchange of services and good COSTS MONEY. Its very Irritating and the quick service is not enough to keep us around. From here on we’ll be with a different company, there’s plenty around.
