Newgate Oil Company

We have used Newgate Oil ever since we purchased our home in 2020. They were always very timely with oil deliveries and were quick to help with any service related issues. We just recently had them switch us over from oil heat to natural gas. Their work was very clean and professional in appearance. I’d highly recommend Newgate Oil for any of their services.

Called for an emergency service because our furnace stopped working and was concerned about the cold weather especially with a 1 year old child. Was waiting and waiting nobody showed up nobody called even after speaking to someone and they said we will let the on call tech know, I mean if your not gonna show up at least call to let the person know and say we can’t get anyone out there absolutely unprofessional.

My partner and I just purchased our first home which was in serious need for a new oil tank ( our last one was over 60 years old) New Gate was quick to respond, had a reasonable price and all around great service. During our first visit, they were so kind and ready for any questions we threw their way ( and there were a lot) as new homeowners it was important for us to completely understand what they were going to do and how we could keep it up. They were so professional about their work and willing to take the time to explain things to us. This is the main reason why we choose them. The day of service they were prompt and on time and made sure that they communicated with us prior to the day and on the day of our service. They were quick and efficient and took their time where they needed too. We love the new tank and will be sticking with this company! Would 100% recommend.
