I can’t say enough great things about Northeast Rooter! Waking up to an overflowing toilet, the panic set in. I called these guys on a recommendation from my normal plumber as the description of my issue led them to believe I had a main septic line blockage. Called Northeast Rooter and they walked me through what was likely the issue and committed to getting Brett out to my house same day. Brett is outstanding! He is such a nice person and was able to unclog the pipe pretty quickly. He stayed to test the line to make sure we were all set. His first job ran long with lots of complicated issues and he still came out same day as promised. If you need sewer or drain work - call Northeast Rooter! I'm so pleased with the service Brett and Walt provided. Brett is knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended not cleaning the cellar floor drain at this time. It was connected to outside cast iron gutters. No longer used, due to modern gutter installation. It would be costly and is still draining in this 1930's home. Occasionally used. I called Northeast Rooter on a Monday because my kitchen sink refused to drain. I had tried every trick in the book and still could not clear it out. Brett showed up within an hour and diagnosed the situation quickly. Brett was very up front with the price range and explained what needed to be done. The price was on par with what others would charge. Brett explained repeatedly that there was a risk of damage due to extremely old pipes and wanted to make sure I knew. Brett was extremely professional and did a great job clearing up the clog while also maintaining a clean area. Brett even stuck around and chatted with us on how to prevent this type of situation going forward. I would 100 percent recommend Northeast Rooter going forward and definitely use them again!
