Service was easy to schedule and the technicians who came to my house were polite and professional. I thought the price for the service was appropriate. All communications were clear and easy to keep track of. We needed to order two parts and a snow storm delayed their delivery by almost a week which was unfortunate for our family but nobody's fault really. I will definitely call Sears again in the future if need be.
I didn't catch his name, my husband greeted him (Technician ID 0000843) - he was great. Unfortunately the repair was going to cost almost as much a purchasing a new dryer, so we're purchasing a new dryer rather than fixing this one.
