Castle always comes through! Had an issue with my oil burner today and they were out to my house promptly and able to fix it today. Always fast service in the past when we've needed repair or regular maintenance. Thank you!
Good service, fast response time
I called to get my air conditioner fixed, they said it would be about 4 days before they could come out. They came, the guy never worked on my brand of air conditioner. was not too sure what was wrong. Took pictures of the numbers for that and furnace. He said he would ask his father and someone will come out and look at it. He also took a part with him. 2 or 3 weeks later I never heard from him. I called lady answered and apologized said he will call right back. Never did, this is now a week after I called, I have to call again. I am asking for part back and will call another company.
