Very nice and a pleasure to work with.
Called Crowell mid morning, explained my heating issue, Brian wrote down some info, drove to Hartford supply and was here within 2 hours with parts and heat is back on. This level of service is something that has become a thing of the past so I found my new HVAC guy. I will add that it was a breath of fresh air to get charged an extremely low price even though he expedited my request and could have charged a premium. Great Company
We are so grateful to Brian for helping us in a pinch especially because our AC decided to break on a 90° day and with our new little baby here. But Brian helped us and it was efficient and affordable! Definitely will be using his services again! Thank you!! Service: A/C system repair
