Tony, Amy, Maria and the rest of the staff are amazing, they came out diagnosed our problem and within a few We had a new condenser installed at a very fair price, The installers and technicians are all very professional and do a very good clean up when completed, I highly recommend them. Good for installation but horrible for after service. Refuse to give service appointments after 4pm or on weekends. Refuse to give time other than in 3 or 4 hour blocks i.e 8 to 12 or 1 to 4. No use for people who have jobs to be at --a company attitude is 'take a day off' to wait for the technician! Really poor approach to customers. Expensive and not worth it if you need after sales service or yearly maintenance (and who doesn't need after sales servicing for aircon units?)

We were referred to CT Air Systems last winter (2018) from our neighbor. Been meaning to share for a long time, we highly recommend this company! Our furnace stopped heating during the coldest time of last winter. The technicians worked tirelessly to find the right "board" needed for the operation of the furnace. The furnace is older and not installed by them! We were just so impressed with their customer service, the kindness and professionalism of their technicians and determination to make the furnace work properly! Again, over a week ago, we had a technician here, Adam, for routine GHM maintenance. He is a great guy, so knowledgeable and proud of who he works for CAS!!
