We were referred to CT Air Systems last winter (2018) from our neighbor. Been meaning to share for a long time, we highly recommend this company! Our furnace stopped heating during the coldest time of last winter. The technicians worked tirelessly to find the right "board" needed for the operation of the furnace. The furnace is older and not installed by them! We were just so impressed with their customer service, the kindness and professionalism of their technicians and determination to make the furnace work properly! Again, over a week ago, we had a technician here, Adam, for routine GHM maintenance. He is a great guy, so knowledgeable and proud of who he works for CAS!! We have worked with CT Air Systems for the past 3 years. It helps a lot to have such a good partner. Our heater went out and they were out to inspect it the next day. After 23 years, it was time for a replacement. It was cold enough in our home that we needed the work done quickly. They worked with us to find time for installation the same day. I researched cost and they quoted us a very fair price. They did so knowing what a tough spot we were in. I can’t recommend CT Air Systems enough.
