I had Onofreo HCS install a new Hydro-air system last year to replace my 35 year old system that kept giving me trouble - Mark, his office staff, and his techs were prompt, professional, and clean. Mark showed up to do his estimate, I got the proposal signed, they pulled the permit, dropped off a check, and in three days I had a brand new system installed. I knew what was going on every step. The install looks great and they provided free cleaning and tune up service afterward. I have also referred my mom to them and she was thrilled with the service. This was my second service call for different issues, one with furnace and the other for my AC in the past 3 years. The problem was resolved quickly each time. I originally ( 3 yrs ago) called another company and after a several service calls for my AC I still had no AC. I thought I needed a new system .
