I could not be happier with the quality of service we received from Onofreo. We were planning an AC replacement and saved up for a year and lo and behold the furnace crapped out first. Onofreo had worked with us to keep our 25 year old AC limping along until we had the funds and then again when we had to switch gears and replace the furnace first. The furnace works great now! The original system also wasn’t properly sized for an addition put on the house years before we owned it. Onofreo just finished all the work on installing and replacing the AC, making sure everything was properly balanced, etc. The system works great!!! The best the temperature control on this house has functioned in years! The entire staff, from the first phone call to end of install, including the owner, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and super clean when working inside the house. This was my second service call for different issues, one with furnace and the other for my AC in the past 3 years. The problem was resolved quickly each time. I originally ( 3 yrs ago) called another company and after a several service calls for my AC I still had no AC. I thought I needed a new system .
