I've used TriCity 3 times, most recently today. They've replaced my water heater and now replaced a dripping water pipe under my kitchen sink drain. I purchased a new home and needed a new heating and AC system. I was given a very quick response time for an estimate and quote. Great detail was given to me about what was needed for my systems. The response time on the install and scheduling was fantastic. Upon installation day play insulation team came on time and ready to work. They were very organized, neat, polite, and knowledgeable. It was refreshing when the team members said I don’t like the way this old system install the AC looks, we need to make sure that we fix this. I really appreciated the amount of cleanup an organization the team had. Alex, Kevin, and Farzad were great installers and perfectionists. They did not leave until the heat and AC system were tested and working. I will definitely be using Tri-City for all my maintenance and repair needs.
