I had my septic tank pumped and cleaned today by your employee Ruben Berger at my home at 29 Walker Lane in Weston. I am very satisfied with the service but what I really appreciated is the time and care that Ruben took to explain what he did and why he did it in a way that we could understand it. Septic repairs are very expensive and because of him we now better understand ways in which we can keep our septic tank in good shape. We also bought the 6 bottles of septic tank enzymes to be applied every month and he explained to us why these are much better than the cheap ones you can find at stores such as RIDX which actually do more harm to the septic system (I just put in the trash all the RIDX boxes I had). You have in Ruben an excellent employee who is does his job extremely we’ll probably and has a real passion for his job and making sure customers understand the importance of septic tank proper maintenance.
